We’ll go over warmups, drills, and fundamentals to get you off your feet and onto your hands. We’ll cover how to practice with proper form and alignment to avoid injury. No handstand prerequisite needed, but should be able to put weight into your wrists (like in a plank).
If you are afraid of handstands, please come anyway! This workshop is designed to help you get over your fears using tools like the wall, chairs, and spotters.
