By Car

El Paso lies along US Interstate 10, connecting the city to both US coasts. Jacksonville, Florida is 1,650 miles east of El Paso, and Los Angeles, California is 800 miles west of El Paso. By Train

The Amtrak passenger train network connects El Paso to routes across the Southwest, West and Midwest with service on the Sunset Limited (New Orleans to Los Angeles) and the Texas Eagle (Chicago, St. Louis, Dallas, San Antonio, Los Angeles). The Greyhound Lines bus terminal is right in downtown El Paso, at 200 San Antonio Street, just a short walk from the Convention Center and Hotel Paso del Norte.
