For this workshop, you will need to be able to do 4 or 5 balls and have a basic understanding of siteswaps.
In this workshop, I will talk about the benefits and how to break down and analyze your juggling in a helpful way. This workshop is a continuation of the other workshop called 4 Key Principles to Improve your Juggling. In this two hour session, we will dive deep into breaking down the tricks you want to learn and work on.
This workshop can apply for all toss juggling props although I have expertise primarily in balls, clubs, and rings.
