Box and inverted box passing

Join Mike Moore and Ashton Houghton for some box and inverted box passing!

You’ll learn the technique and practice of:
– throwing/catching fast passes to/from a partner
– doing standard passes while throwing zips/2xs at the same time

And do lots of fun patterns that utilize the above techniques!

Prerequisite: to get the most out of this workshop, you should have a comfortable box pattern
