FOUR BALL

If you want to learn to juggle that fourth ball, or have had trouble mastering it, you have options. We’ll look at six different patterns. The first four are the common variations of two in each hand: fountain and columns; synchronous and asynchronous. I give three ball exercises to improve two in one hand juggling. Then, I present two patterns that don’t rely on juggling two in each hand: (4x, 4x) and 552, which is also a great exercise for working up to a five ball cascade.

Learning four can be easy!  Even if you just learned three.  Yes, you are ready!
